I had been doing some genealogy research and had saw an ancient connections to Georgia, so decided to google ‘Georgian restaurant/food’ and found Lamajoun...and it’s near where we live!
The first thing I noticed was the cozy warm and friendly environment, it felt like walking into a bustling village family bakery, everyone was friendly and welcoming. The food was excellent and exciting to try, we are vegetarians and we’re please to find many options. We had the cheese Pide and mushroom and cheese dumplings both of which are amazing. The baklava was the best I’ve ever had, not too sweet and perfect texture and taste. The traditional fruit juice coated walnut dessert ( I don’t remember the name) was really good too, and again was a lovey combination of tastes and not overly sweet which is great. I really appreciate the use of healthy ingredient and from the laughter and music coming from the kitchen I can feel that they do indeed bake with love! We will be back 🙂

My husband and I were lucky to taste food ordered from Lamajoun. We were amazed that food did not leave heaviness even after eating a lot. Their flatbreads are out of this world, meats are tasteful and delicious. They don't safe on ingredients but prices are not high. We are looking forward to visit this cafe.
